I have a wide variety of experience within the realm of real estate, from property management, to apprentice appraisal, to full-time real estate sales. My marketing is a mix of traditional, social media, with a little targeted guerilla marketing added as needed. Even in down markets such as we were experiencing (2007-2009), I’ve shown results by selling homes and condos effectively, in a timely manner, and with maximum results for my clients. I strive to be effective with my marketing, communication, and creativity. Because I value the attribute of Integrity so highly, I have walked away from potential clients, both buyer and seller alike, rather than leading them down a path that doesn’t reflect reality, just to get their business. I’ve found that as a result, they’ve come back to me which is obviously very satisfying.
Rather than leading a prospect into a quick sale, I strive instead to look to the future, both theirs and that of my business, which is truly built on referral and past clients.
I’m not shy to tell a client to walk away from a potential purchase if I see red flags that cannot be dealt with although I like the creative aspect of getting deals to work for all parties.
Although this is written as what I’ve done “in the past”, my goal is to continue to provide unparalleled support to my clients, their friends, family members, and coworkers in the future.
Specialties: In Real Estate, I focus primarily on Residential Sales including condo, townhome, single- and multi-family properties, however, I partner on commercial deals, such as skilled nursing facilities, land, warehouse and office/retail. I also have an in-depth knowledge of investment analysis with a “multi-purpose/use” approach… highest and best use, etc.
